A family-run business since 1910. We are a well-established, friendly, and approachable business, working in and around the Oswestry area. We let both residential and commercial premises large and small. Our properties are within easy travelling distance of Shrewsbury, Wrexham, Telford, and Chester.  With Gobowen railway station only 3 miles away.

 

We like to treat people fairly and will always listen carefully to our clients and work closely with them, to try and find the perfect property. We pride ourselves on making the whole letting process as straightforward as possible.

 

We can also liaise with Shropshire Housing Alliance and the Local Housing Authority to help people find the right accommodation. We know that the whole process can sometimes be a bit daunting so we are happy to help where we can.

 

We are members of the National Residential Landlords Association, and the Property Redress scheme. We use the Deposit Protection Service to register deposits.
